The preclinical toxicology (PCT) facility is offering comprehensive range of preclinical services to the various leading Generic, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Agro chemical and medical device companies in line with domestic/ global regulatory requirements to support preclinical phase of the drug development by conducting Toxicity, Toxicokinetic, Pharmacological, Pharmacokinetic, Drug metabolism studies and Biocompatibility studies for their investigational new drug/device (IND) applications.

The PCT laboratory has conducted numerous preclinical toxicology and efficacy studies on potential therapeutic agents and other chemicals in line with the requirements of GLP as per OECD, ICH, FDA, ISO, and Schedule Y guideline.

Our dedicated team of experienced Pharmacologists, Toxicologists, Pathologists and veterinarian has innovation and expertise in designing, performing invitro and invivo safety programs and ensures that the services and processes keep pace with rapid evolution of science, technology.

Availability of test systems such as Mouse (SPF Balb-c, Swiss-Albino), Rat (Sprague Dawley, Wistar), Rabbit (New Zealand White), Guinea Pig (Hartley), Canine (Beagles) and each of the animals is housed in separate buildings for Pyrogen testing, BABE with Beagles and toxicity studies.
