It is designed on the principles of Green building norms with abundant natural light during normal working hours.The facility consists of state-of- the-art Data centre, training halls, digital library, gymnasium, aesthetically designed cafeteria and well furnished guest suits and round the clock CCTV surveillance.
Power 900 KVA Transformer, 250 KVA Diesel Generator and 4 x 80 KVA UPS Systems ensure 24x 7 uninterrupted and quality power supply to the entire facility. Sipra also boasts of environmental friendly power solutions, in the form of 5KVA Solar Power Plant and solar water heating systems.
Airconditioning The premises is equipped with Energy efficient Central Air-Conditioning facility with 300 tons Chillers and 38 nos. of Air handling Units. 50 nos. of Split Air-conditioners of various capacities are used, where ever 24 X7 cooling operations are required.
Security Round the clock Surveillance through Video cameras installed at strategic locations in and around the building for monitoring the safety and security.
